Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order anytime before the order report is generated at 8:00 PM daily. After this time, cancellations cannot be processed.

How to Cancel: You can cancel using our app or by contacting us via call/WhatsApp at +91-9871129982 (Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

Refund Timeline: For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Returns and Replacements

No Returns: Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be returned.

Issues: For packaging damage or incorrect orders, please fill out a complaint form via WhatsApp on the same day of delivery. We will investigate and provide a resolution.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made before shipment.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days for card/net banking transactions. For cash on delivery orders, a bank transfer will be initiated based on the billing details you provide.

Additional Information

Unfulfilled Deliveries: No refunds will be issued if the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable during delivery attempts, or provides an incorrect delivery address.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
