Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays, during emergency situations, or in the event of natural disasters or calamities. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

During peak periods, there may be slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you via email or phone.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on our third-party delivery partners.

Convenience Charges

A convenience fee is applied for online payments as per third-party platform rates.

We currently use Razorpay, which charges 2% of the transaction amount plus GST.

This fee is charged solely by Razorpay for providing payment gateway services.

Delivery Charges

A minimum delivery fee of ₹3 is applied to each order to support delivery costs.

Each delivery costs us approximately ₹15, but we only charge a minimal ₹3 fee for customers.

Platform Fee

We absorb a 2% platform fee for app services, which is currently waived to ensure no additional cost to customers.
